Opinion I downloaded and installed Mobile Desktop 2.0 at my Blackberry 8820. It seems to work, but... what does it do? I can't get a trial-key since your website doesn't exist anymore (only Mobile Administrator is available). Also there is no way to find any user-manuals... Therefore I decided to remove the application from my Blackberry and try some other product which hopefully will forfill my needs and have a decent user-manual.

Good Software but the price!? I found this to be a good client. It allows connecting to console for TS and the VNC client is ok too, though I have problems connecting to my servers that have the VNC repeater running.My only complaint is the price! It's 1/4 to 1/2 (depending on what you paid for your device) of the device itself! Coming from the world of other handhelds this is VERY pricey! Oh well, I hardly ever used this functionality, even on my other devices. Wonder if they'd make more money selling it for less? Outta my budget anyway.

I downloaded a copy but could never get it to work even after update, the buttons within the program would not function.

When I downloaded the file and tried to open it, my iMac warned that it was a Windows type file so I held off opening it. Will it work on my Mac? I have used this file on my former PC and loved it. What shall I do?Bill

It worked pretty well, but Advanced SystemCare V3 is better. My computer was actually significantly faster after using ECR.

Recommendation Really satisfied. Works smoothly and definitely.It very usable instead of shortcuts, "built in notebook".

Won`t work with printer I purchased Shut Down Expert for the "hibernates/awakens" feature. However, after the computer awakens my deskjet D1320 printer will not work. Prior to installing SDE, the printer worked fine. I must restart the computer for the printer to work after hibernation. SDE tech support says that it's the printer driver. HP printer support, after extensive trouble shooting, said to uninstall SDE, that the SDE software was the cause of the problem since the printer works fine without it installed. So, I'm left with the "shut down/restart" option if I continue to use SDE. I'm not a satisfied customer ...
